I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and program management. Currently, as Grant Compliance Manager at the Minnesota Homeownership Center, I provide expertise and direction to 15 nonprofit organizations, ensuring compliance with federal and regulatory guidelines. My background spans fundraising, program development, and operational leadership, with a deep commitment to advancing homeownership, community development, and social justice initiatives. I am passionate about advancing racial equity and advocating for marginalized communities.
