About Symone Singleton

I recently graduated in May 2023 with my Bachelors of Science in Apparel Merchandising and Management, with an emphasis in Apparel Production. While in school, I worked at Windsor as a Stylist & I completed an internship with David’s Bridal as a Customer Service Representative for the Alterations Department. After graduation I began a 10 week Internship, working in Product Development for Forever 21. There I was able to utilize the skills that I had learned at Cal Poly & learn more about how the industry works. I worked with over 100 vendors overseas and 300+ styles per season to ensure all deliveries for are met per timeline during the development phase for the product. I was assisting the Women’s PD Denim team, as well as the Men’s PD team. Shortly after my F21 Internship I began a position as a Product Development Coordinator at Pacific Sunwear. Here I am able to demonstrate everything I have learned in school, as well as previous internships to complete daily tasks. I assist the Women’s Product Development Team with essentials, swim, & license brands.
