About Synthia Srinivasan

Hi, I’m Synthia — I build products and business lines from scratch, especially where AI meets customer experience. Right now, I’m leading the development and go-to-market of a fully autonomous AI platform, while also driving early commercialization for a new automation business line. That means everything from shaping the vision and aligning cross-functional teams, to partnering with Sales on pricing, proposals, and early-stage client engagement — all within a matter of months. I come from a background in product management and customer success, but I’m most energized by the in-between — the early stages where strategy, execution, and uncertainty all meet. That’s where I do my best work. If you’re working in AI, CX automation, or just thinking about what’s next in this space — let’s connect.
