For over 15 years, I’ve been combining hands-on experience in creative production with a passion for process optimization and implementing solutions that genuinely save time, improve quality, and reduce errors. I started my career as a DTP Operator, responsible for the technical accuracy and visual consistency of printed materials for major Polish banks. Later, I transitioned into digital production, focusing on HTML5 banners and static advertising assets. Today, I specialize in large-scale media and e-commerce campaign production, with a strong focus on automation, data flow, and process efficiency. Having worked remotely for many years, I’ve developed strong skills in organization, prioritization, and clear communication across distributed teams. I design and implement automation solutions for creative production, and coordinate a small team responsible for preparing and finalizing campaign assets.
