I love problems. Yes, I said it. I excel at problem-solving which makes me good at whatever I put my hands on. I’m obsessed with building my business, organizational development and making everyone’s life a little easier. I possess a results-focused mentality when it comes to meeting goals, and employee/customer/patient relations to create a win-win for all stakeholders. I have enjoyed many roles throughout my career, mostly in healthcare. However, I am I enjoy using the skills, knowledge and abilities that I’ve gained to explore a broader spectrum; to include human resources, workflow consulting and healthcare office management. Here are a few of the things that I’ve learned about myself in these roles and what makes me stand out- No matter the role I’m in I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person - I am constantly learning and seeking knowledge because I never settle - I focus on making high-quality decision that affect the long-run, not just the here and now - I can successfully create & optimize workflow procedures - I put the customer or patient at the center of all that I do- I have successfully created product branding - I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints - I speak exec - I have the ability to drill down data - I love research. I follow my gut, but rely on data for my decisions - The buck always stops with me. I believe in accountability - I can make the hard decisions - I stay calm under pressure & adversity- I can relate, communicate, and motivate others from all walks of life and socio-economic backgrounds. There aren’t many things that can grow a company the way trust and dependability can, and I pride myself in being dedicated to both. I truly want us all to succeed and will go out of my way to do it. I would love the opportunity to join an organization that fits my need to excel. I have a strong, undeniable passion to achieve goals, whether through healthcare management, project consulting, helping job seekers to find employment, or taking the best care of their body as best they can. Loving yourself and others can manifest in many different ways and it is my goal to help others explore the multitude of possibilities.
