About Tabata Moreira

The only constant in life is change." It is with this mindset that I approach every personal and professional challenge—as an opportunity to grow, evolve, and reinvent myself. Since 2008, I have built my career across the technology and financial sectors, developing cross-functional skills and, above all, strengthening my greatest soft skill: the ability to create genuine human connections. During nearly nine years at a major global financial institution, I followed a growth path that took me from intern to High Net Worth Client Manager, always in roles involving direct customer interaction. I learned that relationships are truly the heart of every organization. In 2022, I chose to broaden my horizons by moving abroad in search of a change that extended beyond my professional life. This decision led me to discover the world of sustainable construction, and I joined Edileco Società Cooperativa, where I currently serve as PMO for the technological systems division. In this role, I have the privilege of leading an innovative project that supports the energy transition through the development of Renewable Energy Communities (CER)—local entities capable of producing, sharing, and consuming energy generated from renewable sources. The CER project received the SMAU Innovation Award, recognizing Edileco’s commitment to building a more sustainable and collaborative future. Today, I continue my journey with passion, vision, and determination, driven by the belief that innovation, sustainability, and human connection are the fundamental levers for building a better tomorrow.
