As a manager for Sharpe's I lead and motivate the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers & exceed sales goals. Providing exceptional customer service in the store has helped lead to two consecutive years with record sales. I am not afraid to go above and beyond to exceed a customers expectations in order to please the customer and gain repeat business. I have been able to utilize skills in communication, organization and leadership. It gives me multiple opportunities to practice time management skills, creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner. I am passionate about aligning myself with my business needs. I thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and consistently look for ways to think outside the box. As needed, I adjust schedule and priorities in order to ensure business goals are achieved. I love staying abreast of market trends and local competition and being involved in the purchasing process. Analyzing sales and expense reports help me to manage inventory and control costs.
