About Tabatha Collins

I am currently the Data and Digital Asset Co-ordinator at NBC Universal. I have previous experience as an Assistant librarian at Formula One Management and a Data Asset Coordinator at Onsight. This involved the day to day management of physical and digital media and making sure it is available to those that need it. Prior to that I worked in corporate media as a multimedia co-ordinator. This involved organising the video production and webcast teams. It is a role that has meant I have had to build good relationships with clients as well as the team, in order to make sure that multiple projects are being worked on and are covered accordingly. This is a high pressured environment where the turn around for projects can be very tight, with high expectations, and is it my job to make sure all deadlines are met and clients know where the project is in the process. It involved working closely with the team of three producers and co-orinating their shoots and edit schedules to make sure the client receives the product and deliverables on time and to the required specifications. In previous jobs I have worked in QC, which helped me to gain a key eye for video quality and continuity.I worked in content production whilst at university, and been praised for having a keen eye for how video content flow and come across best to clients. I have a good knowledge of different editing tools including Avid, Final Cut Pro & Premier Pro, and a basic knowledge of photoshop. As well as excellent people and communication skills, I have proven that I work well as part of a team, have the strength and personality to take the initiative and can work independently. I have received feedback from both managers and company directors about the proficiency and high quality of my work.
