I’m a Management Information Systems student at the University of Houston with hands-on experience in IT support, data management, and process optimization. Through my work at PIVOT, I’ve implemented technical solutions like mobile device management systems, redesigned company SharePoint structures, and streamlined financial workflows through tools like Webgility and QuickBooks. Outside of tech, I’ve also run my own coaching business as a private ice skating instructor, where I developed leadership, organization, and communication skills while choreographing performances and managing events with 100+ participants. I’m passionate about using technology to make organizations more efficient and user-focused, and I’m eager to continue growing in IT, data analytics, or systems management roles that combine problem-solving with innovation.
