I am a hardworking and results driven Document Control/Records Management Professional with over 15 years experience within the Aviation Industry and over 8 years in the Health Care industry. I take great pride in the work I do as it has an impact on the end users ability to perform their jobs. I am also known as "The Editor" for my ability to identify errors in spelling, grammar, etc. I am experienced in working with Transport Canada and being able to adapt to changing deadlines. During my time at Jazz, I was quickly promoted to various roles including Document Management Supervisor, Document Control Lead. One of my strengths is my interpersonal skills, which is extremely important when providing a service such as Document Control, to both internal and external clients. I am able and eager to learn new technologies and processes all while providing excellent customer service.
