About Tabatha Smith

With more than 13 years of experience across Operations, Branding, and People and Resource Management in the APAC region, I have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, fostering team engagement, and supporting businesses in their growth strategies across APAC (APJ). My diverse experience spans industries, from opening new entities across APAC to strategy and budget development and execution, large-scale staffing and capacity planning, platform roll-outs, and talent management and development planning. Through Pink Monstera, my fractional operations consultancy, I now partner with startups and SMEs to build scalable systems, refine processes, and embed sustainable growth foundations, bringing both structure and adaptability to dynamic environments. I thrive in fast-paced settings, am a great communicator, and enjoy leveraging my agility to collaborate across functions and industries. I am passionate about cultivating and nurturing culture in every role, and relish working with diverse and talented teams, whilst truly enjoying both the challenges and opportunities of leading a dynamic and growing organisation. Let’s connect to explore how we can collaborate for mutual success!
