Tabisile Mapheleba has a finance background having a qualification in Financial Information Systems attained through Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.Having a passion for people and acquiring HR experience in the market place she later had a career change and studied Bcom: Industrial and Organisational Psychology with Unisa.She is also an Accredited Assessor with SETA and has rich experience in youth development through programs like Career-build where she mentors previously disadvantaged high school pupil s till they attain their qualification. She has experience in Consumer Finance, Payroll, Accounting, over 10 years Recruitment, Human Resources Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Operational Front-line coaching and Data Analysis, Learning program design and development (Training and Development). She is also passionate about inclusion of women leaders in organizations especially at board level.She serves as a committee member at Directors Association's Madam Chair Initiative that seeks to create competent, ethical, well trained women that can serve as a pipeline (database) of professional females equipped and ready to effectively serve on various boards. She currently serves as a board member at Bethesda Family Sanctuary Served as an Executive member of the LFS (Little Flower Junior Secondary School Mentor) Alumni Committee Deputy Chairperson of WIN (Women Intercessors Network) Mentor at Career-build Mentor-ship Program
