A dynamic and results-driven internal and marketing communications leader with 5+ years of experience developing effective integrated communications strategies that increase employee and customer net promoter scores (NPS). Proven track record in building an internal communications function from the ground up and enhancing marketing communications function, consistently outperforming industry standards for key metrics. At Elekta, I have had the privilege of building up a regional internal communications function in North and South America. Today, I have expanded my scope to include marketing communications responsibilities while continuing to lead and execute all internal communications programs and initiatives, be a trusted advisor to Elekta’s regional executive management team on all things communications, manage crisis and change communications, and collaborate with various functional leaders to execute various team initiatives (e.g, leader/manager training, personal development workshops, wellness/wellbeing programs).
