About Tabitha Gardner

I started as a Universal Banker in 2007 and in less than 2 years moved into the Branch Manager position. After developing in many areas I had the opportunity to become a Dual Branch Manager & Virtual Team Lead. Developing myself is important, but it is equally important to develop others in the process. Working to develop not only my employees but my customers and myself as well is something I take pride in. Banking is a fast changing world, so we have to learn to adapt quickly to be able to give the best customer service. Creating a positive and effective work environment while changing our mindset to the digital/virtual world has been a huge part on my development and has allowed me to help others become more versatile and see the benefits of bringing the “bank” to the customer. All areas of Consumer and Business Banking can be challenging (accounts, loans, etc.), but also very rewarding! I love what I do! It allows me to grow personally and professionally each day. Meeting new people and creating the many different relationships along the way. Building and deepening the customer relationships and earning their respect and trust is an important aspect of the business and I am blessed and thankful for all the opportunities.
