Experienced public service leader with over 20 years in state and local government, specializing in legal compliance, public policy, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Planning Director for Clarendon County, South Carolina, I oversee economic development and regulatory operations while partnering with elected officials and public agencies to shape land use policy, infrastructure growth, and community investment. Previously, I held a legal and compliance role at Honda North America, where I assisted in managing employment-related legal cases across multiple jurisdictions, implemented corporate policy initiatives, and led community engagement programs. I also served for nearly two decades with the South Carolina Department of Social Services, coordinating child support enforcement operations and human services delivery at the supervisory level. With a Master of Arts in Law and as a current Doctorate in Law and Policy candidate, I bring a deep understanding of government systems, program operations, and legislative affairs. My passion lies in advancing public-sector innovation, improving economic outcomes, and driving inclusive policy development across communities.
