I am a performance-driven and technical professional with well-rounded skills and expertise in various aspects of quality control/assurance, strategic operational planning, laboratory procedures, product sampling, and project management within diverse sectors. My analytical and strategic thinking abilities shape me into a high-caliber professional with an excellent work ethic to develop and execute protocols, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to drive continuous improvements and maintain optimal quality. I work independently on complex technical issues requiring solutions and implement policies, procedures, and practices. As someone with an eye for detail, I thrive in keeping projects running smoothly from initiation through to effective completion. Having a strong microbiology background, I analyze and study samples to define product specifications while preparing and executing standard operating procedures (SOPs). In addition, I lead supervision of laboratory equipment and maintain cleanliness of work environment to ensure seamless flow of operations. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Molecular Medicine as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Throughout my career, I have served in various roles, including Quality Improvement Coordinator, QC Supervisor, QA Specialist, etc, where I have consistently strived towards meeting and exceeding set performance expectations to propel company success. I am known by my colleagues and co-workers for my outstanding performance within microbiological domain. A few of my career highlights include: Developed COVID-19 tracking status system for hospital, clinics, rehab care centers, nursing center, etc. to evaluate, interpret, and organize data for QA/Disaster relief recommendations, optimizing compliance rating from 10% to 100%. Managed and maintained optimal functionality of lab equipment by analyzing processes for each area within plant, resolving operation gaps, and ensuring timely documentation of all work procedures. Coordinated with cross-functional departments to assess and fulfill quality specifications, along with creating all pertinent records to track and improve quality performance and standards. Developed and executed SOPs for team to drive consistency in operations, alleviate risks, and increase productivity. Oversaw quality system management to enhance study plans and testing protocols while making key decisions.
