About Tabitha Kim

Tabitha Kim is a Management Analyst for the NIH National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders. She has widespread experience in data analysis, policy analyses, survey methodology, survey analyses, Microsoft Excel and project management. She is a Certified Scrum Master and is continuing to expand her knowledge. Previously, Tabitha worked as a management analyst with the NIH National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. She specialized in data management and acted as the lead organizer for the 70th Anniversary Lecture Series. Tabitha has served on a variety of Forest Service taskforces where she has worked directly with executive leadership. She has provided them with input that has had a direct effect on natural resource policy for the agency. She was also a co-founder of a student lead official organization at the University of Florida that reached out to a diversity of students and provided them with direct pipelines to natural resource internships. Tabitha is very passionate about program analyses, healthcare, and social issues. She acts as a subject matter expert in organizational change and multiculturalism. She strongly believes that the diversity of thought in an organization should be a larger focus in organizational change. Tabitha also finds that the ability for young individuals to see themselves at the end of a career path is key to building a talented workforce. Tabitha holds a Master of Science in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation (Human Dimensions concentration) from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science Wildlife Option from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, AL.
