About Tabitha Leonards

Tabitha Leonards is an attorney and UCLA Law Fellow with Strippers United, a nonprofit organization focused on providing legal resources to individuals in adult entertainment navigating labor organizing efforts. Leonards's fellowship project focuses on supporting performer-led organizing campaigns through pro bono legal clinics, Know Your Rights trainings, and direct legal support. This work involves assisting individuals in navigating the administrative legal process, such as filing pro se complaints and documenting unfair labor practices, wage theft, and harassment. Her fellowship broadly aims to expand access to legal advocacy for low-income workers and marginalized communities. Leonards graduated from Baylor University with a BA in International Studies (2020) and from UCLA School of Law with a specialization in Public Interest Law and Policy (2024).
