With over 20 years of experience in behavioural intervention, I have a deep understanding of the complexities of a child's environment and precipitating factors. My expertise includes building awareness to manage anxiety, fostering the capacity of emotional language, providing space for the experiences of grief and loss, and management skills for relationships. I have a strong background in cognitive behaviour therapy, promoting resilience, and increasing self-efficacy. I am also an advocate for providing space and being witness to children and youth having a voice. I am passionate about the arts and using the various modalities of art to help individuals reach their goals.
