I am aspiring to be a human resources assistant, and seeking entry-level positions to gain knowledge and experience. I am excited to put my skills and current knowledge to work, with studied courses in human resources management, employment law, payroll, organizational behaviour, and many more. My ambition is to assist employees and supervisors in resolving disputes. Additionally, I want to motivate employees and increase a company's appeal to prospective hires by using my technical, people-oriented, problem-solving, and communication skills: Worked as a receptionist and gained customer service experience by assisting individuals of all age groups, including those with physical, mental, emotional, and sick needs. Effective in creating schedules, posters, and lists. Experienced in inputting and updating data, inventory, budgets, and statistics. I am excited about opportunities and challenges that allow me to utilize my skills (Microsft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintain company data, as well as be effective in administrative work: I find enjoyment in being a leader and working for summer camps to teach youth leadership skills and have fun. I like to paint in my spare time, as it makes me calm and relaxed.
