About Tabitha Smith

As a customer service professional of over 16 years, I have spent half of my life assisting others in various fields of service, including the medical field, security and hospitality. While the work I performed in each field varied, I took from each role a better understanding of what I believe should be the core value at the heart of customer service- empathy. I was told at my very first job in high school to remember that customers are people, and developing the right relationship and establishing a level of trust and reliability in the brand is what makes them loyal customers. Thinking of the customers as friends, family and loved ones changed how I view these professional relationships. From that day on, in every job I took, I made it my duty to represent my employer as fairly and truthfully as possible, and I believe that the skills I have acquired over this time have made me into an exceptional agent- and better human. In every situation, I am able to empathize with the person behind the issue and often will go the extra mile to ensure their trust in our brand does not waver.
