About Tabitha Stout
My destiny was always to become an artist. That's what I thought, anyway, until I joined the Associate Safety Committee through Amazon in 2022. While on the safety team, I discovered a love I never expected to encounter: that of creating a safe and healthy workplace for my peers. With the skills I've gathered throughout my time at Herron School of Art & Design and in ASC, I'm able to identify opportunities for occupational growth and expand on those using what resources are available to me. I can assist my peers in using good ergonomics, as well as bring whatever ideas they might have to life (whether that be re-designing their work area to maximize workflow efficiency, or adding new visuals to a training manual). My destiny, as I know it now, is to become an EHS specialist who can navigate any potential safety hazard, regardless of the complexity, by utilizing her strong creative skills.
