I’m a mission-driven builder and connector with 9+ years of experience helping early-stage teams translate user insight into meaningful product direction, customer education, and growth strategy. I’ve worn many hats across product, customer success, education, and content, all in service of one goal: helping people live better lives through thoughtful, intuitive tools. At That Clean Life by Practice Better, I’ve led discovery efforts, implemented Amplitude, and advocated for thousands of nutrition professionals. My work has helped shape product improvements that reduced churn, boosted adoption, and increased ARR. Before that, I worked in marketing, wellness, traditional and digital media, always gravitating toward roles where empathy, clarity, and care were core to the mission.
