I bring a dynamic background in financial services and leadership, beginning my career in 2016 as an Account Specialist with Honor Credit Union. There, I built a solid foundation in the industry before advancing to a Member Development Specialist role at NDFCU. Within months, I earned a promotion to MSR/Loan Officer, where I consistently surpassed performance goals and made a meaningful impact on members’ financial lives. Later, as a Business Development Representative, I spearheaded consumer and commercial loan facilitation, drove deposit growth through strategic SEG partnerships and on-site events, and enhanced sales initiatives. My efforts expanded referral networks and deepened community engagement, reflecting my commitment to both business success and local impact. In September 2020, my wife and I relocated to Fort Wayne, IN, for new personal and professional opportunities. I joined 3Rivers FCU as a Branch Manager, a role that aligns seamlessly with my passion for empowering individuals to achieve growth and financial wellness. At 3Rivers, I lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service while fostering an environment rooted in trust, collaboration, and financial education—values I’ve carried throughout my career.
