About Taggart Davis

I grew up in New Jersey and studied in Montana before moving to Europe in 2005. Since then, I’ve lived and worked in Spain and Poland, earned a Master’s degree from the University of Essex in the UK, and settled in Brussels—where I’m now a proud Belgian/ EU citizen. My career spans both the public and private sectors, driven by a deep passion for financial markets and public policy. Today, I lead Government Affairs in Europe for PGIM, a global asset manager with $1.44 trillion in assets under management across fixed income, liquid alternatives, private credit, and equities. PGIM operates in 47 locations worldwide, including offices in 10 European countries, with a strong and growing commitment to the region. At PGIM, I help navigate Europe’s evolving regulatory landscape and advocate for policies that empower us to better serve our investors—individuals, pensioners, and institutions—while supporting the real economy. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and two daughters, discovering new music (all variants of loud rock), cooking, improving my French on Duolingo, tasting Belgian beers, reading, travelling, running, and weightlifting.
