Well experienced in DTV, CAS and OTT system architecture design, planning, development, deployment and integration. Have over 6 years experience of managing end to end system architecture design, planning, deployment and integration in Taiwan, Indonesia and India, and over 3 years experience of leading system development and integration team to develop DTV system software and performing end to end system deployment. Currently work in Nagra as a solution expert to conduct all the pre-sales and post-sales activities for Taiwan customers. Within 2 years timeframe, successfully help sales team to sell two major CAS upgrades/migrations for MSOs with end to end system sizing analysis and architecture planning, to win a new cable operator with Nagra software (card-less) CAS solution, and assisting engineering team to identify the CRs, then discuss with R&D for designing the solution. Previously represented the only representative of Vidiom SA (a subsidiary of ADB Group) in APAC to provide DTV system product definition, RFx replies for technical system proposal and commercial proposal. Successfully help company selling VOD and DTV add-on systems to Indonesia and India, then conduct system integration team to complete the system deployment including system installation, configuration, integration, operation training and system acceptance. Well experienced in end-to-end interactive TV service development and deployment on MHP and NDS Core platform. Very knowledgable in DTV broadcasting systems, especially about testing and operating MHP head-end systems. Have technical project management experience. With good understanding to end-to-end software project development process. Skilled in object-oriented analysis, design and programming. Have over 12 years experience in J2SE/ME/EE programming. Own over 8 years of experience in interactive TV service development. Accomplished most of the technical projects as project manager.
