From 2021 to 2024, I worked at Sinops Inc, where I held roles in corporate sales and project management. In sales, I was responsible for acquiring new clients and cross-selling to existing ones, promoting demand forecasting SaaS solutions and contributing to improved customer satisfaction. I combined online meetings with in-person visits to build strong, trusting relationships with clients. As a Project Manager, I managed cloud software implementation projects using AWS, overseeing all stages from requirements definition to release. I focused on progress management and team coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration with client-side PMs and system vendors, which facilitated seamless software deployment. Additionally, I participated in the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry's 2023 Distribution and Logistics Efficiency Project, where I contributed to optimizing inventory management and logistics processes based on demand forecasting. This project balanced efficiency and risk management, achieving process improvements to address the logistics industry’s 2024 challenges.
