Taimur has a passion for unlocking the hidden potential of people within technology organizations. He has over 10 years of experience as an agile practitioner across agile transformations and agile delivery throughout North America. He has worked on and led over a dozen agile transformation and delivery programs across Financial Services, Telecom, Public Sector and Consumer Business. Having started out as a developer, he quickly realized the limitations of traditional delivery and began experimenting with Agile approaches and techniques. Realizing the opportunity for others to experience the same benefit, he made the shift towards agile transformation with like-minded practitioners. Much of his recent experience has focused on helping clients build & scale operating model rooted in agile to thousands of management & staff using an incremental approach towards agility. His other experience includes agile-lean training, agile project management, agile requirements, technical analysis / design / development, systems integration, and agile testing. Taimur graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo and holds a degree in Systems Design Engineering. Taimur is also a Kanban Certified Professional (KCP).
