I am a positive and enthusiastic Customer Service, Training and Operations Manager with a diverse background of more than 10 years in the IT, banking industry,air centric and hospitality fields in multicultural environments. Training and Onboarding internally or external customers is a wonderful challenge. I strongly believe that the right tools and collaboration make winning teams and enable excellence in customer service experience. In my previous positions I have successfully monitored and restructured working processes and improved teams’ performances up to 65 percent. Throughout my career I have acquired an excellent ability to adapt into multicultural and dynamic environments.
