Dear all Employers/Seniors/Friends. I am here to build a social network world wide but my prime objective is to update myself about my professional surroundings. To Be frank, I am always looking a better platform where I can set myself in next level of operation in Ammonia Unit. I have a mixed bag of experience in operation and commissioning about 19 years. Success Story - IEFCL-2 NIGERIA (2019-202)- Commissioning of 2300 MTPD KBR's Ammonia plant at INDORAMA-NIGERIA as Field CoOrdinator. It was one of fastest commissioning achieved within shortest time, among worldwide plant of KBR. GADEPAN-3 (2018-2019)- Commissioning of 2200 MTPD KBR's Purifier technology Ammonia plant at CHAMBAL FERTILIZER FACILITY in Gadepan-Kota Rajasthan India, as DCS operator. This was a wonderful opportunity to excercise Commissioning and Operations activities from DCS. IEFCL-1 (2015-2018)- Commissioning of 2300 MTPD KBR's Ammonia plant as Field CoOrdinator. It was a super team work by which we completed this task without a single failure and safety incident. We as a team also got a big KUDOS from TOYO Japan team. IEFCL-1 NIGERIA INDOGULF (2013-2015)- Haldor Topse 1950 MTPD Ammonia plant operation as field operator. It was a packet of wonderful experience of lot of emergency handling, Mega Annual turnaround, ESS implementation & Additional LP tower commissioning in GV section. 2010-2013 & 2008-2007- Commissioning & handover of Acrylic fibre expansion train which includes Poly/DMF recovery/Fibre line as a free hand engineer involving in basic, detail engineering and commissioning. Handover of plant including DCS, to existing operation team. 2008-2010 - Commissioning of Toray Japan Nylon-6 project and DCS operation.
