As a director nursing planned complete and comprehensive manpower planning for all the four facilities of ivy hospitals.successfully commissioned all the facilities.participated in nabh preassesment of new facilityand post surveillance of nabh with nursing department declared excellent.started new training modules indifferent specialities.prepared robost training and induction programme.Conducted many cnes and workshops to train nurses in different fields.skill setting done thru dkill mapping and iintroducd many icn programmes quality programmes thereby building a good team. At medeor hospital, worked very closely on project covid at Manesar branch, that included making new nursing policies in line with ministry of health and family welfare and implementing the same effectively, training of nurses, paramedics, doctors.Created new training modules as per the guidelines of moh successfully. Worked closely with other hospitals fortis,medanta.artemis as they were the partners in covid project for manpower and material projections,training and quality and successfully completed the project.
