About Takashi B.

I thrive on the challenge of transforming ideas into actionable strategies that drive business success. At Sage Automotive Interiors, I’ve had the privilege of managing a global P&L. I love collaborating with diverse teams to create glocal (global but also local) solutions that meet our customers’ needs while expanding our market share. Reflecting on my journey from mechanical engineer to business manager has been quite enlightening. During my time at Izumi International, I designed and validated textile machinery—an experience that taught me the importance of precision and innovation in engineering. This technical background allows me to approach challenges from multiple angles and develop strategies grounded in real-world applications. One of my proudest achievements was spearheading a project at Sage that led to a significant increase in market share more than 20%. It involved not just strategic planning but also fostering strong relationships with clients across different regions. I believe that understanding client needs is key to delivering tailored solutions that truly resonate. Let’s connect! Feel free to reach out via message.
