Summary of work history During my 15 years with the Osaka Prefectural Police, l spent half of time investigating crimes, educating local residents, and dealing with emergencies. I was responsible for managing a unit, and maintaining public order in a community. I was also in charge of domestic counterintelligence, collection and analysis of security information. When the Prime Minister came to Osaka to give a speech in support of the election, I was in charge of planning and leading the security plan. As a Security Specialist at Amazon Japan LLC, I was in charge of the execution of security operations at the company's largest distribution center, including the installation and maintenance of security devices, supervision of teams from security companies, and coordination with internal departments on operation flow, and employee education activities regarding crime prevention. Later, I moved to G4S Secure Solutions as a Security Specialist, where I was responsible for setting up security teams at newly contracted sites, developing and revising the Security Operation Manual, improving the operations and training of security teams at existing contracted sites, establishing Incident Report Flow, and developing the Incident Management System. I was also involved in the implementation of police investigative techniques for interviewing relevant parties and collecting documents during incidents. Next, I moved to Equinix, where as part of the APAC Security team I am responsible for driving projects to implement, update, and improve electronic physical security measures & Mand Security measures related to data centers in Japan and Korea.
