I am a Network and Infrastructure Professional with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. I have demonstrated expertise in planning, managing, and executing network and infrastructure projects across various industries. I have extensive experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting routers for Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections at National Registration Bureau (NRB) centers and health facilities in Malawi. I have worked with Corporate ISPs and GWAN (e-Government) on VPN connectivity issues. I am adept in the installation, configuration, and management of server infrastructure (Vsphere) in health facilities data centers and NRB data centers. I am also skilled in deploying and monitoring business applications, configuring and installing network devices, administering system security and enforcing compliance, executing Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Programs, managing Windows Active Directory, troubleshooting and fixing LAN & WAN connections, and providing user training and system documentations.
