Key skills and achievements • Successfully commissioned and operated a 2200 MTPD 98,5% DCDA sulphuric acid plant for Glencore International in the Katanga province, DRC. • Successfully commissioned and operated 500 metric tons-per-day double contact double absorption (DCDA) sulphur burning sulphuric acid plant at Glencore Mutanda mine in DRC. • Successfully led the conceptual design, commissioning and operation of a 400 MTPD copper heap leach project at Glencore Mutanda mine in the DRC. • Key member of the production team for copper and cobalt ore processing at Mutanda Mine; ore milling, counter-current decanters (CCDs), Solvent extraction (SX), Electrowinning (EW) to produce 30 MTPM plated copper and contained cobalt. • Key member of the production team at a former Anglo American coal mine processing 600 ton-per-hour throughput; crushing, screening, heavy medium separation, flotation and filtration, jigs and spirals.
