EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Apr1990→Present SOJITZ CORPORATION, Tokyo (Formerly NISSHO IWAI Co.)[Oct2019→Present SOJITZ LIFEONE CORPORATION as a secondee from HQ General Manager, Overseas Business Promotion and DX Promotion Dept. After joining Sojitz Corporation (formerly Nissho Iwai), for about 33 years, I am mainly engaged in real estate development business for condominiums, office and commercial buildings, and industrial parks, etc. in major Asian countries, and experienced various roles such as working at Sapporo branches, overseas assignments (Hawaii, Hong Kong, Beijing), executive experience at overseas operating companies and secondment to subsidiaries (Sojitz LifeOne). In the real estate business, I have experienced all processes from land search, planning, marketing, sales and after-sales follow-up. In addition, I have faced drastic changes such as the Asian currency crisis and the Lehman shock, and have experienced and overcome many problem cases and disputes. Currently, I am seconded to a subsidiary and in a managerial position in a section and department where I lead organizational operation, forecast and actual management, HR development of about 10~50 people, while building an overseas business strategy and playing a role in DX promotion, and working on business promotion and business improvement work.
