QA/QC: • Inspecting all the materials prior delivering to site, based on approved shop drawing, approved sample, approved submittal and approved specification. • Checking material storage area to be sure that it is in good condition all the time. • Preparing method statement for all scope types. • Monitoring and following all installation activities to make sure it is complying with method statement and approved shop drawing. • Inspecting all works on site prior consultant inspection. • Snagging areas for any comments. • Obtain the final client approval. • Obtain civil defense approval. • Obtain municipality approval. • Following defects and liability period MEP: • Progress planning • Drawing take off • Daily, weekly, monthly site progress reports • Manpower planning as project progress curve • Coordinate with other services and civil actions for installing all electrical services • Monitoring installation quality to be matching the method statement and submittal • Ensure that the activities are hatching with project plan. • Tools and Material ordering and following • Checking the delivered material before installation • Drawing as built • Testing and commissioning.
