I am a healthcare enterprise leader and systems transformation executive with experience leading large-scale, complex change across mission-driven health systems.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution — translating enterprise priorities into scalable operating models that improve access, performance, and outcomes. I have led system-wide initiatives spanning clinical operations, digital access, workforce strategy, and organizational transformation, partnering across clinical, financial, IT, and operational teams to drive measurable results.In my current role as Vice President of Health Equity at a Level I trauma center and safety-net health system, I lead enterprise initiatives that require cross-functional coordination and disciplined execution in a highly regulated, resource-constrained environment. This includes building new system capabilities, aligning stakeholders across departments, and integrating strategy with day-to-day operations to improve patient and workforce experience while supporting financial sustainability.In parallel, as Founder and CEO of Talee Global, LLC, I lead enterprise transformation and leadership development engagements for healthcare systems, government agencies, and large organizations. This work has strengthened my ability to operate across diverse organizational contexts, manage complex stakeholder environments, and lead large-scale change efforts from strategy through implementation.Across roles, I am known for bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to complex systems.
