About Taleri Wright

I am a big picture thinker and process improvement fanatic with six years of account management success and seven years of weaving data analysis into my persuasive presentations. Learning new systems and what makes customers successful and happy are my specialities. 🧑‍ Most of my work life has been at large international CPG companies. I also have three unforgettable years of experience in nonprofit work with the Girl Scouts and a sprinkle of legal experience as law student and a legal assistant. All of my experiences have reinforced my people, persuasion, and process improvement skills. I have Excel skills which were learned on the job for the last 10 years. I am strongest in pivot tables, data visualization in excel, and combining reports in creative ways. I can step into a low technology space and derive critical business insights from what is available. I feel the future of any company, ragardless of industry, is in their data. This is my reason for taking the Data Science and Business Analyst Certifiation program at the Univesrity of Texas where we learned how to use Python for electronic data anlaysis, data cleaning, and basic supervised and unsupervised machine learning. I learned macros just before leaving my last role. In my career gap, I have strengthened my SQL, Power BI, and Tableau skills. I would like my next role to be in the healthier-for-you CPG space, with data being a portion of the role, and the opportunity to work with mutliple departments or with syndicated data (Circana, NIQ, SPINS, etc). My ultimate goals is to help better for you foods get on the shelf at your local grocery store.
