About Talisa Ernstmann

Inspired to develop, coach and facilitate people and organizations to excel and driven by an innate entrepreneurial spirit, I founded Ernstmann Consulting in 2004, after 10 years of driving strategic organizational imperatives within Fortune 100 companies. My primary specialties are facilitation and executive coaching. I’m known for facilitating management teams to create strategies that achieve results. I work collaboratively with clients to create plans and programs that energize the workforce to achieve specified outcomes. An integral part of my role is partnering with senior leaders endeavoring to function at the highest levels of performance and productivity. I’m energized every day by the opportunity to provide direct, individual, custom executive coaching and consultative support. I am an executive coach and life coach trained in the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) methodology. My clients describe me as fully present, highly energetic, curious, direct and empathetic with a genuine interest in connecting with individuals and helping them to think beyond their boundaries, to unpack challenges, reach new perspectives and untapped potential all leading to transformational change.
