About Talisha McGaugh

In short, I help entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses improve customer experience through communication and design. Now that we've summed that up, if you're one for scenic routes let's explore. I began my career just over 15 years ago in the insurance and banking industries. The first position I held was as a teller at Great Western Bank. If you ever meet Donna Simon tell her I'm still eternally grateful she gave me a shot. I think I made her quite proud as I received frequent recognition within the company for having the highest number of closed referrals. Way to go 16-year-old Talisha! Within about six months I was promoted to a personal banker and quickly took on additional responsibility. In case you're wondering, getting someone to open a bank account inside of Walmart when you're giving them $100 is a pretty easy thing to do. Getting them to talk to you about refinancing their home while waiting in the checkout line, not so much! I moved on to explore consumer loan processing and focused my portfolio on home equity loans. From there I did a stint in telecommunications. Then briefly explored hospitality and landed in insurance. There I helped policyholders with claims processing, policy benefits, and premium adjustments. I've since served in the wonderful world of retail having worked for companies such as Neiman Marcus, Younkers, Dillards, and MAC Cosmetics. The most enjoyable of my retail experience would have to be Bombas! Their commitment to customer service and spirit of giving is unmatched! I've spent a decade in the beauty industry as a licensed esthetician. Now my time is spent helping entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses create aesthetically appealing brand identities and memorable customer experiences. My avenues of choice are customer support, branding, web design, and email marketing.
