As a VP, US Banks Officer at Morgan Stanley, I supported the build-out of the regulatory and risk program, ensuring compliance and driving strategic oversight initiatives. I managed regulatory exam preparation and remediation, led risk assessment and reporting activities, and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory matters. Previously, I held senior roles in credit portfolio analytics, CCAR/DFAST risk review and challenge, and scenario planning and operational risk at Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, and Synchrony, respectively. I leveraged my analytical skills, process improvement acumen, and regulatory knowledge to streamline risk reporting processes, develop and implement comprehensive risk frameworks, and mentor and supervise risk oversight teams.
