About Talitha Muller

During my career in human capital, both from an internal and consulting perspective, I consulted on various organisational effectiveness projects, such as: strategy translation workshops, aligning performance indicators to strategy, organisational climate studies, organisational architecture, functional talent audits, recruitment strategies, employee engagement studies, team dynamics and effectiveness, high potential programs, talent reviews, talent retention strategies, and career guidance. My journey started at Sage VIP as HR Consultant & Training Facilitator, focusing on integrating people, processes and technology. As an OD Consultant at Telesure, I played a pivotal role in influencing the way the company communicates, recognises and engages employees, and breaks down silos between departments and levels, i.e. by presenting a conceptual idea on social collaboration & multi-generational workforce, where after I became the first female member of Telesure’s Innovation Council, as well as the project manager and strategist for the social collaboration platform. At CEB Talent Assessments (now SHL), I was promoted to Senior Consultant within 18 months, with a project portfolio that increased from R20k to R4.5m consulting revenue. I've established an internal and external brand for myself as a technically astute, detail-oriented, reliable consultant that gets things done and gets them done right. Through self-directed learning & an insatiable curiosity for data analytics, I established myself as a specialist and go-to-person for interactive client dashboards. I joined Deloitte in April 2018 as a Senior Consultant in Organisation Transformation but quickly became the Future of Work SME for Deloitte South Africa. In less than a year, I was promoted to Future of Work Programme Manager for Deloitte Africa and member of the Global Future of Work Regional Leadership forum. I play an integral part in leading the Future of Work movement within Africa by providing strategic guidance to business leaders on navigating the complexity of digital disruptions pertaining to changes in work, workforce and workplace, and how to create exponential professionals.
