About Talitha Seifert

Talitha is a value and purpose oriented industrial engineer with practical experience in the automotive industry, the food industry, academia, the parliament, consulting and the chemical industry. Excellent academic results, international background and an open mindset round off her profile. After completing her Engineering studies in 5 instead of 6 years at the top universities of KTH Stockholm and TU Darmstadt among the Top 1% of graduates, she finished her doctorate in Corporate Finance parallel to her full-time employment. Her dissertation is about the success, trends and factors of M&A in the international chemical industry. Very important for her are performance-orientation, learning, using her time efficiently, the development of potentials and consistency in her behavior. She enjoys to encourage others and to show empathy. Her attitudes are based on optimism, pragmatism and courage. She strives to positively affect sustainability and productivity.
