As a college graduate from Brooklyn college, I studied business administration and management which help me today working at Amazon. Amazon's business strategy prioritises the customer experience above all else. This is reflected in initiatives such as Amazon Prime, personalised recommendations, and one-day delivery, which aim to make shopping on Amazon as easy and convenient as possible. I manage scheduling, coordination and tracking of dispatchers shifts for the week. As a dispatcher my job is to take order assignments, tracking couriers, following up, and consistent communication. I help onboard newly hired drivers and have a working knowledge of the Amazon portal to troubleshoot potential issues. My management skills allows me to assign tasks and set targets to maintain high standards of work. Leadership skills also help me work with drivers and monitor their deliveries.
