Background
About Talla Mountjoy
I grew up in a household invigorated by American opportunity and steeped in the rich traditions of Iran. The contrasting experiences between my family in the US and in Iran have shaped my entire worldview and fuel my commitment to break down barriers and enable opportunities. As a leader, I bring nearly 15 years of experience in strategy and program management, tackling big and bold questions. When not at work you can find me building epically long train tracks with my kids. The twisty-turny kind. Let’s connect to see how we can expand opportunities. Specialties: formulating and executing strategies, building and leading virtual and in-person teams, improving organizational effectiveness, creating marketing and communication campaigns, and facilitating effective meetings and discussions
