I have had the opportunity to travel to Chania, Greece and Włocławek, Poland to learn about nursing in different countries. In Greece, my university partnered with Heraklion Mediterranean University where we taught their students design thinking and in turn they taught us about their healthcare system. I was able to go to a local hospital and talk with nurses about their biggest struggles and the way they preform tasks. In Poland, my university partnered with Akademia Włocławek where we had an in depth look at their nursing system and education. I was able to visit nursing labs and observe a simulation and how Polish nurses are taught. Additionally, I was able to meet the CNOs of a hospital and discuss their system.
