Hello! I'm Talor I enjoy outdoor activities like snowboarding, walks, and the occasional bask in the sun. Im a frequent listener of music, and my favorite nostalgic movie is Phantom of the Opera. I find science to be fascinating and I'm super interested in exploring opportunities that will help me grow and develop myself. My primary experience is in Tech, and through that I've learned skills in Information Technology and Software Development. While working in IT- I've handled remote-site responsibilities in which I've solely traveled across states to document, update, replace, and dispose of computer hardware and equipment- I've resolved critical issues at locations across the U.S. by coordinating vendors, contractors, and on-site specialists to ensure business operations during IT incidents- I've been responsible for updating and securing the live and backup core systems of a financial institution- I've gotten experience working with network systems through adding and configuring network devices, upgrading network infrastructure from MPLS to SDWAN, and completing the CompTIA Network+ certification- I've learned skills with systems like Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Server 2012-2019, Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as a few financial institution-based systems- I've gotten skills in re-imaging and fully operationalizing new devices like computers, mobile phones, and network equipment- I’ve solely deployed Apple Business Manager to manage all Apple mobile devices in my organization used in remote locations across the U.S. While working in Software Development - I've been able to establish intentions, expectations, timelines and results for my projects- I've worked on leading meetings with clients to discuss, plan, and build out web applications- I've worked on creating and optimizing for new website designs, alleviating stress points, and promoting user - I've gained marketing experience through unifying branding through consistent design, voice and marketing material. My web application skills include- The usual HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript - Frontend frameworks like Vue, Bootstrap, Headless.ui, and Splide- Experience creating APIs and databases using JavaScript with Node.js, Mongoose, and MongoDb- Experience creating APIs and databases using C# with.NET, dapper, and MySQL- Implementing best practices and professional standards.
