I am an MBA from FMS Delhi and an ISB Executive Alumni with 16+ years of corporate experience, specialising in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Digital Strategy and SAP S/4HANA driven Digital Transformation.Currently I am building my own Ed-Tech brand "Mentorzz" which is into the Corporate Training & Consultancy to help organisations build future-ready leaders and digitally capable teams.My work revolves at the intersection of business, technology and decision science, enabling professionals to adopt AI, use analytics effectively, and understand how SAP S/4HANA can transform business processes.In my last role I was leading Business Analytics & Digital Transformation function at Skipper Pipes, driving pan-India Analytics, Sales strategy and program management for a business generating INR 500 Cr annual turnover. My expertise lies in business planning, market penetration, and leveraging analytics to track KPIs and design actionable insights that enhance revenue and market share. I contribute to strategic initiatives such as new product launches, competition analysis (Price, Product benchmarking), and loyalty programs, while overseeing contact centre operations to boost incremental sales. At Skipper Pipes, I have successfully implemented S4 HANA for the Polymer division and integrated it with service and loyalty platforms, ensuring seamless operational efficiency. By developing data-driven solutions like the R&R program "Warrior," I empower teams to achieve quantitative, target-oriented results. My mission is to enable sustainable growth by combining analytical rigour with strategic foresight, fostering innovation, and driving results across all business functions.
