About Tamara A. Rivera

Currently leading the Marine Power Marketing for the Americas countries, while based in my home country, Puerto Rico. I love my job and the ownership to create and mold large/small projects and bring value to the team and our partners. I have the fortune to work with the best marketing team from all over the world, sometimes I see them as magicians, we make wonders together! I take pride in building solid bridges with fellow marketeers and experts in the industry with a common vision on sustainability for the Marine market. One constant throughout my almost 17 years in marketing has been the continuous transformation of event strategies, both in definition and execution, fitting an ever-changing arena. Previously, I led the creation and development of a community of energy and renewables experts to carry a leading voice in the energy transition. Compelling content development and building engaging stories from our teams and partners have been part of my duties. The most memorable development and experience has been the fast-forward embrace of all things digital in the past 3 years. One of the proudest (and fun) projects that I have been part of was the creation, execution and co-hosting a fully digital symposium for more than 20 countries, together with a dear colleague from Brazil. I enjoy coaching and sharing insights about marketing strategies to other colleagues, but I remain a student for anything I can learn and absorb.
